A treasured memoir about my dear friend Father Ben Priest. It is a story about transforming a life of "loss" in to a life of "presence" and gratitude. Late in Father Ben's life he was weary, haunted by losses of the past and often worried that a future might present more loss. His solution was to no longer dwell upon what has been and to not forecast what might be. Instead, he made a choice to "be here now", in the moment, and not let that moment be lost to him.
